Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Power drill
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Measuring tape
  • Stud finder
  • Pencil

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location over your stove with proper ventilation and clearance from cabinets.
  2. Remove Old Unit: If replacing an existing microwave, carefully disconnect and remove the old unit.
  3. Prepare Mounting Area: Locate and mark wall studs for secure mounting. Ensure proper electrical outlet is available.
  4. Install Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate screws for your wall type.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Connect ductwork for external ventilation or set up recirculating mode with charcoal filter.
  6. Mount Microwave: Lift microwave onto mounting plate and secure with mounting screws provided.
  7. Electrical Connection: Plug into dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15A grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including fan, light, and microwave operations.
Warning: Installation should be performed by qualified personnel. Ensure proper ventilation and electrical connections to prevent fire hazards.

Troubleshooting
