Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 50Hz dedicated circuit. Ensure power is disconnected during installation.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved fittings. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Operation: Run the oven through initial setup and test all functions to ensure proper operation.
