Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution. Use only new gas lines.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to properly grounded 240V, 60Hz circuit. Ensure circuit breaker matches oven requirements.
  5. Ventilation: Install proper ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting
