Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance on all sides.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution. Use only new gas lines.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Ensure circuit breaker is appropriate amperage.
  5. Ventilation: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure existing ventilation meets local building codes.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Run oven through complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.
