Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Power drill
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Measuring tape
  • Stud finder
  • Pencil

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location over your range with proper ventilation and clearance requirements.
  2. Remove Old Unit: If replacing an existing microwave, carefully remove it and disconnect all electrical and vent connections.
  3. Prepare Mounting Area: Locate wall studs and mark the mounting bracket positions according to the template provided.
  4. Install Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall studs using appropriate screws and ensure it is level.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. A dedicated circuit is recommended.
  6. Ventilation Setup: Connect the vent duct according to your kitchen's ventilation system (external vent or recirculating).
  7. Mount Microwave: With assistance, lift the microwave onto the mounting bracket and secure it according to instructions.
  8. Test Operation: Test all microwave functions and ventilation to ensure proper operation.

Troubleshooting
