Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Level
  • Measuring tape
  • Drill with bits
  • Stud finder
  • Pencil

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources, and with adequate electrical access.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packing pieces from the microwave.
  3. Prepare Mounting Area: For over-the-range models, locate wall studs and mark mounting positions according to template.
  4. Install Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate hardware for your wall type.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15-20 amp dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Ventilation Setup: Configure ventilation for external venting or recirculating mode based on your kitchen setup.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including microwave, light, and ventilation fan to ensure proper operation.

Troubleshooting
