Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Induction element not heating | Incompatible cookware, element locked, power issue | Use magnetic stainless steel or cast iron cookware, check control lock, verify power supply |
| Uneven cooking results | Incorrect cookware size, uneven surface, wrong cooking mode | Use flat-bottomed cookware that matches element size, ensure level installation, select appropriate mode |
| Error code displayed | System fault, temperature sensor issue, electrical problem | Note error code, disconnect power for 2 minutes, reconnect. If persists, contact service |
| Oven not heating properly | Incorrect temperature setting, convection fan not working, door not sealed | Verify temperature setting, listen for fan operation, check door seal and latch |
| Touch controls unresponsive | Control lock activated, moisture on surface, power interruption | Deactivate control lock, dry control surface, reset circuit breaker |
| Unusual noises during operation | Normal induction sounds, fan operation, expansion/contraction | Induction cooking produces humming sounds; fan noise during convection is normal |
