Gas Range Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to gas supply using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe joint compound to male threads only.
  4. Check for Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate leaks - tighten connections if needed.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet for control panel and ignition system.
  6. Anti-Tip Bracket: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions.
  7. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure range is level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and broiler functions to ensure proper operation.
Warning: Gas installation must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with local codes. Improper installation can cause gas leaks, fire, or explosion.

Troubleshooting
