Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials as specified in the manual.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to a properly sized gas supply line using an approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz circuit for electric models or 120V for gas ignition systems.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to local building codes. Install range hood if required.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.
