Gas Range Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the stove surface and components.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect the gas supply line to the stove's gas inlet using an approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Check for Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, tighten connections and retest. Never use an open flame to check for leaks.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Ensure the outlet is accessible after installation.
  6. Level the Stove: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the stove is level from front to back and side to side. Use a spirit level for accuracy.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and control functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.

Troubleshooting
