Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Oven won't heat Power issue, control lock activated, faulty element Check power supply, disable control lock, verify element operation
Uneven baking Rack position, oven not level, convection fan not working Use recommended rack positions, level oven, check convection fan
Gas burner won't light Gas supply off, clogged burner ports, faulty igniter Check gas valve, clean burner ports, test igniter spark
Temperature inaccurate Needs calibration, faulty sensor, door seal issue Calibrate oven temperature, check sensor, inspect door seal
Display error codes System fault, sensor failure, control board issue Note error code and contact service center
Convection fan noisy Foreign object in fan, worn bearings, loose parts Check for obstructions, listen for bearing noise, tighten components

Error Codes

  • F1: Oven temperature sensor failure - Replace sensor
  • F2: Oven temperature too high - Check calibration
  • F3: Oven temperature too low - Check calibration
  • F4: Oven communication error - Reset power
  • F5: Control panel error - Contact service
