Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and with access to necessary utilities.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to proper gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Electric models require 240V connection by qualified electrician.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to local building codes. Install vent hood if required.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.
