Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and with access to necessary utilities.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven interior and exterior.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to proper gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Electric models require 240V connection by qualified electrician.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to local building codes. Install vent hood if required.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Operation: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.
