Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
- Prepare Countertop: Ensure countertop is level, clean, and can support the weight of the cooktop.
- Cut Countertop Opening: Cut opening according to template dimensions provided with the cooktop.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 50/60Hz dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
- Position Cooktop: Place cooktop into the countertop opening from above.
- Secure Cooktop: Use mounting brackets to secure the cooktop to the countertop.
- Test Operation: Test all heating elements and controls to ensure proper operation.
