Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range and oven interior.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Use pipe sealant on all threaded connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test for Gas Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. If bubbles form, there is a leak - tighten connections and retest.
  8. Initial Burner Check: Test all burners for proper ignition and flame characteristics (blue flame with yellow tips).
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation, safety, and maintain warranty coverage.
