Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe wrench
- Tape measure
- Gas leak detector solution
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range and oven interior.
- Gas Connection: Connect to a 1/2" NPT gas supply line using an approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant suitable for gas connections.
- Check for Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, tighten connections and retest. Never use an open flame to check for leaks.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. The range requires a dedicated 15-amp circuit.
- Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure the anti-tip bracket to the floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
- Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and broiler functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.
