5 Burner Gas Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detection solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Use pipe joint compound on all threaded connections.
  4. Check for Leaks: Apply gas leak detection solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate leaks - tighten connections if needed.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.
Warning: Gas appliance installation must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure safety and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
