Electric Glass Cooktop

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure
  • Cutout template (included)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and water sources.
  2. Prepare Countertop: Use the provided template to mark and cut the countertop opening according to specifications.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 40-50A circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  4. Position Cooktop: Carefully place the cooktop into the countertop cutout, ensuring it sits level and flush.
  5. Secure Mounting: Use the provided mounting brackets to secure the cooktop to the underside of the countertop.
  6. Connect Power: Connect the electrical wires to the terminal block according to the wiring diagram.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all connections are secure, then test each heating element for proper operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician or installer to ensure safety and maintain warranty coverage.
