Gas & Electric Models

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance from cabinets and walls, on a solid, level floor near necessary gas/electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe joint compound to male threads only.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Gas models require 120V outlet for controls and lights.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven functions, and lights to ensure proper operation before regular use.

Troubleshooting
