Double Oven Electric Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials. Ensure adequate space around the range.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all packaging materials, protective films, and shipping bolts from the range.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 50A circuit with proper grounding. Installation must comply with local electrical codes.
  4. Position the Range: Carefully slide the range into position, ensuring it's level with adjacent cabinets.
  5. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Anti-Tip Bracket: Install and secure the anti-tip bracket according to manufacturer instructions for safety.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run both ovens at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
Warning: All electrical installations must be performed by a qualified electrician. Improper installation can create fire and shock hazards.
