Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Tape measure
- Pipe wrench
- Gas leak detector solution (for gas models)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range oven.
- Gas/Electric Connection: For gas models: Connect to proper gas supply line with approved connector. For electric models: Connect to dedicated 240V, 40A circuit.
- Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure the anti-tip bracket to the floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
- Position the Range: Carefully slide the range into position, ensuring it's properly engaged with the anti-tip bracket.
- Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
- Final Checks: Check all connections for leaks (gas models), ensure proper grounding, and verify all controls are accessible.
- Test Operation: Perform initial burn-off cycle to remove manufacturing residues and test all functions.
