Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Wire strippers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts, and packaging materials from the convection oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes and regulations.
  4. Ventilation Setup: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  5. Secure Installation: Secure the oven in the cabinet cutout using the provided brackets and screws.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Test: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.

Troubleshooting
