Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Wire strippers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance on all sides.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping materials from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz, dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes and regulations.
  4. Ventilation Requirements: Ensure proper ventilation space around the oven as specified in the installation manual.
  5. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Connect Gas Line (if applicable): For gas models, connect to appropriate gas supply using approved connectors and check for leaks.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting
