Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance on all sides.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping materials from the oven interior and exterior.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz, dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes and regulations.
- Ventilation Requirements: Ensure proper ventilation space around the oven as specified in the installation manual.
- Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Connect Gas Line (if applicable): For gas models, connect to appropriate gas supply using approved connectors and check for leaks.
- Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
