Convection Microwave Oven

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with appropriate bits
  • Stud finder

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources and with easy access to electrical outlet.
  2. Check Clearances: Ensure minimum clearances of 3 inches on top, 2 inches on sides, and 1 inch at the back for proper ventilation.
  3. Mounting Preparation: Locate wall studs and mark mounting positions according to template provided with the microwave.
  4. Install Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate screws for your wall type.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15A dedicated circuit. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Hang Microwave: With assistance, lift the microwave and hook it onto the mounting plate securely.
  7. Secure Installation: Fasten the microwave to the mounting plate using provided screws.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions to ensure proper installation and operation.
