Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and near necessary gas/electrical connections.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to proper gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Dedicated circuit recommended.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to local codes. Install range hood if required.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper baking results.
- Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
