AccuBake Technology

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench
  • Electrical tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and near necessary gas/electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to proper gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Dedicated circuit recommended.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to local codes. Install range hood if required.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper baking results.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage. Gas connections require certified professional installation.

Troubleshooting
