Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance on all sides.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective packaging, shipping bolts, and tape from the oven interior and exterior.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 60Hz, 40A circuit. Must be installed by a licensed electrician.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect to appropriate gas line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Position the Oven: Slide oven into cabinet opening, ensuring it's centered and level.
- Secure the Oven: Secure oven to cabinet using provided mounting screws through side brackets.
- Test Operation: Perform initial test run to verify proper heating and control functions.
