AccuBake Technology Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas/electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for controls. Electric models require 240V connection.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to local codes. Install range hood if required.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Run oven through initial heating cycle to burn off manufacturing residues and verify proper operation.
