Gas & Electric Models

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Electrical tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Check all connections for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to proper voltage circuit (120V for controls, 240V for heating elements). Ensure proper grounding.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall to prevent range from tipping forward.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven functions, and controls to ensure proper operation before regular use.
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can create fire and carbon monoxide hazards.
