Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping bolts from the oven.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V circuit for electric models or 120V for controls. Follow local electrical codes.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to manufacturer specifications.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
