AccuBake Technology

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester
  • Pipe wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V circuit for electric models or 120V for controls. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting
