Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to proper gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to dedicated 240V circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Run oven at 400°F for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting
