Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Tape measure
- Pipe wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the electric range.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 40-50 amp circuit with proper grounding. Use a 4-wire power cord (NEMA 14-50R).
- Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install the anti-tip bracket to the floor or wall to prevent the range from tipping forward.
- Position the Range: Carefully slide the range into position, ensuring it's level and properly engaged with the anti-tip bracket.
- Check Clearances: Verify minimum clearances: 30 inches above cooktop, 6 inches from side walls, and proper ventilation space.
- Initial Test: Test all burners, oven functions, and lights to ensure proper operation before regular use.
