Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Electrical Connection: For electric models: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz dedicated circuit. For gas models: Connect to 120V grounded outlet for controls.
  4. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to local building codes. Install range hood if required.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Perform initial test run to verify all burners, oven functions, and safety features are working properly.

Troubleshooting
